Return and Replacement of the Products

The customer is obliged to check the product upon transfer.

Within 1 (one) working day after the delivery of the product, it is possible to return / replace the product, if:

• If the product specifications do not match the description of the technical specifications available on the website;
• It has mechanical damage, does not match the visual side of the product on the site or does not have a complete set.

The company will not return or replace the product if you no longer like the item, no longer consider it necessary to own it, does not live up to your expectations and for other similar reasons.
