Carrot.ge represents platform, which is intended for online marketing. By using the website, logging in your private account, or ordering the product you agree and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined below.

You can use our website and service if you are full aged, if you are below 18 you are not allowed to use it before reaching full age.

Information that you provide us will be used during online purchase process and in implementing connected administrative and logistic functions. Along with other actions this involves data processing and reservation (private information without restrictions). You express consent that your information will be used for the mentioned purposes.

Information that you provide us during completing registration form, purchase form or any other form which is filled in while using website will be managed according to law of Georgia on personal data protection with full compliance. Considering Georgian legislation your personal data may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities.

You express agreement that we have right to disclose the information you provide on the website to:

  • Any person who is affiliated with us or their empowered representators;
  • Any individual or organization with your consent;
  • Proper person or organ if there is statutory and obligation. Using website or providing information is considered as expressed agreement to use given data.

The company takes relevant measures to protect your personal data, however internet space is not absolutely protected and always exists risk of unauthorized access by third parties, it may happen inside the country as well as outside the country.

Personal data will be kept on the website until registered customer annuls the account. Your information will be automatically deleted in case of canceling your personal profile.

You can change any of your personal information by opening appropriate section on the website. in case of changing your identification data, we recommend you update your personal information immediately on the website too. You have the right to ask for the deletion of your personal information, although, because we are tracking old transactions, you are unable to delete information which is related to old, implemented transactions on the website. Besides, it might be impossible to delete information completely because we periodically reserve data. Your bank card information is not stored on our website, it is placed to the protected page, which is secured and managed by our partner bank, which has its own policy for securing information. Existing information on the website can be changed or removed without any warning. We do not warrant that the service provided by this website will work without errors or interruptions. You will not receive service from us which violates the law. At the same time, you are forbidden from unauthorized use of the website, improper use of the password or inaccurate use of the existing information on the website.

 

Limitations of responsibility: 

We are not obliged or responsible for mismatch between website, users’ files, browsers and on other problems which users may experience for the reasons which are beyond our control. Please take into consideration if the website is delayed or restricted and does not work fast and properly, there is a possibility that you will not be able to pay and receive the service. In such cases, you are obliged to refrain from using the website/ receiving the service. If you continue to use the website in spite of mentioned circumstances, you are responsible for the consequences.

Website offers two ways of making an order:

  • Making an order from a registered personal profile on the website;
  • Making an order without registration on the website.

 

Registration on the website:

In order to register on the website for users (physical or legal entity) it is necessary to fill in proper fields:

  • User confirms That he/she is an adult;
  • First name / company’s name;
  • Last name
  • ID number / identification code
  • E-mail
  • Password
  • Mobile Number
  • Address

Along with the registration procedures the users are informed about terms and conditions of processing their personal data (name, surname, E-mail, mobile number) and in case of confirmation, they complete registration process.

 

Making specific order

After registration / authorization or without them user can choose desirable product on the website and can place an order.

 

Payment

After company confirms an order, a customer pays the cost of the product (payment by the card online).

 

Instalment terms

Users of carrot.ge have the opportunity to purchase posted products through bank installments.:

  • You can see instalment terms, conditions and rules as a video instruction while purchasing a product.
  • It is possible to use TBC bank, Bank of Georgia and Space installments on the site.

 

Delivery service

Throughout Tbilisi

  • If your purchased product costs less than 150 Gel in delivery service you must pay 7 Gel, and in case it costs more than 150 Gel delivery service is free (delivery will be made the next day after placing an order);
  • In case of delivering product the same day when making an order the cost will be 9 Gel and the order must be placed before 13:00.

Throughout Georgia

  • Delivery outside Tbilisi will take from 1 to 3 working days;
  • The cost of delivery outside of Tbilisi is individual, depending on the item's weight and location.

Please keep in mind that delivery service does not work on weekend.

 

Warranty service

  • Warranty service means repairing or replacing an item during the warranty period.
  • The warranty applies to damage to the equipment caused by a technical defect.
  • The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of the item.
  • To receive warranty service, please present the warranty card at the service center, together with the proof of payment and the manufacturer's warranty card (if any).
  • The warranty card must include: item name, serial or IMEI code, buyer name, date of purchase, name of the responsible employee and signature. Otherwise warranty service will not be provided.
  • In the event of a user modifying the software or switching to another version, the company is not responsible for the smooth running of the computer.
  • The number of dead spots is the basis for replacement of the monitor varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
  • Goods purchased from our online store (except in cases specified in the “Warranty terms do not apply”) have a warranty from 1 month to 3 years, unless specified otherwise.

Warranty service will not be provided if:

  • The product warranty period has expired.
  • No warranty card is presented and / or, if available, no manufacturer's warranty card is presented.
  • The data in the warranty card has been deleted or modified.
  • The warranty card and a serial number, IMEI code or registration number on the body of the device is not readable or is removed.
  • The purchased product has a visual or mechanical damage / defect, a seal is damaged or removed (if any).
  • The device was used for purposes unsuitable for its intended purpose.
  • The rules of storage and use attached to the device by the manufacturer are violated.
  • The damage is caused by a computer virus or inappropriate file(s).
  • Damage is caused by fault in the mains (voltage change is more or less than 220-230 volts), dehumidification of the mechanism, corrosion, exposure to high or low temperatures, violation of the rules / conditions of operation and storage, as a result of unqualified repair / installation work by an incompetent person.
  • If the damage is physical, such as broken, cracked, scratched, crushed, burned, melted and / or damage by fluid.

 

Warranty terms do not apply to:

  • The warranty does not apply to software or any kind of damage to the operating system. Power supply, battery, 1 to 3 or 5 pixel damage, memory card, cable, adapter.
  • Warranty terms do not apply to consumables (cartridges, fax paper, discs), as well as mobile phone, tablet accessories (charger, USB cable, headphones).

 

Modification of the item is allowed only in the following cases:

  • If the product is purchased by installment or debit / credit card, the order is not subject to cancellation. It is possible to exchange the item only in case of detection of production defect.
  • If the item is found to have a factory defect, the customer should bring the item to the relevant service center within 2 (Two) working days after the purchase, in full packaging, complete set and without physical damage, where the factory defect must be confirmed and the relevant document will be issued, on the basis of which the item will be replaced.
  • Upon receipt of the item, the customer must check its visual condition in the presence of the courier.
  • In case of any type of problem or visual defect, the customer should contact our operator before the courier leaves and explain the problem in detail.
  • In the event that we are contacted with a product exchange request after the courier has left, then the customer is responsible for returning the product to be exchanged to our warehouse and related costs.
